We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the best approach is to first return the item you have. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
